Deerpark Lodge is a secluded woodland holiday lodge set within a peaceful clearing beside a small livestock farm, located in the beautiful grounds of the Staunton Harold Estate. Positioned on the border of North West Leicestershire and South Derbyshire, the lodge offers a tranquil rural retreat with scenic views across surrounding parkland.

Constructed using locally sourced timber, Deerpark Lodge blends naturally into its countryside setting while providing comfortable, modern self-catering accommodation. Accessed via its own private drive and entrance, the lodge offers privacy while still being conveniently close to the many attractions of the Staunton Harold Estate.

Guests can enjoy the estate’s craft centre, tea rooms, weekend delicatessen, garden nursery, scenic walking routes and magnificent fishing lakes (by arrangement at no charge). Uniquely, occupants also have exclusive access to 28 acres of private land not open to the public.

Ground floor:
Open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. Direct access to a large decked area and garden. Double bedroom with 4’6″ bed and en-suite walk in shower room.

First floor:
Double bedroom with 4’6″ bed. Twin bedroom with 3′ beds which can be locked together to make a 6′ double upon request. Family bathroom.
